600m warmup, stretches, light drills

200m - 28Last time I took about 10 -12 min rest, tonight 6 and 8 min. My first 600 was about as fast as any I've run in training. But, I felt bloated and heavy tonight. I wanted to try and run fast a little so I ended with a brisk 200m. I felt I could not fully extend my stride and it hurt a little.
Inventory: This ham is sure taking a long time to heal. Still can't do leg swings without pain.
143.0 after workout... feel soft.
