My ham still feels tight but doesn't hurt. I was going to do just 4 but strided out another.

5 x 400m with 2 min rest - 69, 71, 76, 77, 82I never really ramped up the effort too high but did manage to push my heart rate to 160 after the last one.
The off season continues. I may do a workout with John W. on Thurs. He's a student that runs a 2 min 800m. I'm sure he will kick my ass.
Still up 5 lbs, 146 after workout.
