100m - 13I meant to keep the 300s at 48, started out too fast, and after the 3rd, was feeling sick. I managed to recover a bit and do a few more 90% sprints. Afterward, I did feel like heaving, probably because of the sweet coffee and lack of a good warm up and little hydration. I didn't sweat one drop during the workout. I'll be back out on Monday. Was a bit heavy, 148 before and 146.4 after the session.
