4 x 100m, 150m hill sprints - 17-18, 26Must be in decent shape still, rarely average under 30 for these tempo 200s. The hill sprints were also faster than normal. Went to the gym and did ham work, glute machine, squat jumps with 90 lbs., ham raises.
A good two days of workouts, may take the next two days off before Friday's meet. Can't do anything Thurs., tomorrow if at all.
