indoor circuit

Doing this indoor circuit, need a break from running.  But, it's supposed to be nice Wed and Thurs, so I'll be back to the track tomorrow.  Maybe a time trial Thurs.  

Got accepted to race Sat but not going to.   Supposed to be wet and windy.

My indoor circuit I did 3x:

20 x Ab wheel

50x bicycle crunches with 2x10lb ankle weights

30 x pushups

3x15 hip flexors with bands

Was a little heavier today, at 141, so need to watch it.
