15 x stadium stair sprintsA little more consistent and slightly faster than my last set of 300s. It was hard.
The stair sprints are 46 steps, I think about 60m. It takes me 13.5 sec so thats better than 3 steps/ sec. It was one of those workouts that left my legs shaking.
Next 4 days look to be super weather, tomorrow barely reaching 70º in Sewanee. It's going to be hard to stay off the track and get recovery. Maybe I'll do some consecutive days but not so much. Need to start running fast too.
