Feels like summer ...74º and sunny at the Sewanee track.
Saucony trainers on 
400m warmup, stretches, drills 
split 400: 300m -1 min rest -100m - 41.5, 14.5 
200m - 25.8 
300m - 42 
150m - 19.5
Did a brief weight workout last night.   Still feel slightly over trained but going to keep it light for the rest of the week.
