Similar to yesterday, mid 50s drizzle, light breeze in Sewanee. Was a bit achy during warmups, but felt better after the machine was warm and ready.

400m even split - 60.5The home stretch of the 400m was into the wind and it probably prevented me from going 60 or below. I kept it light today because I usually don't do 2 track days in a row, but with bad weather coming, I got out while the gettin' was good.
