tempo 200s +

Continued beautiful weather at Sewanee on Sunday eve ... low 70's at sunset.  Been without internet all weekend so I'm posting this now on Monday.  After 3 days of rain, can't complain about the weather, temps never getting much above 75º and mid 60ºs at night... great for early July.

Did the usual 2x4x200 workout with 1 min rest, except this time I took less rest between sets and it kicked my butt.   I rested, then put the spikes on for 2 fast 150's.

I definitely did not recover much between sets.  My heart rate was still above 120 bpm when I started my second set.   It was hard.   A good 1900m  of sprints.  I took 2 days off from the track to let my foot recover on Fri-Sat.  Will do weights tonight, and track Tues and Thurs.

Feel in good shape, was 141.4 after workout, my resting heart rate is 50.
