stadium stairs

Cool today, mid 50ºs in Murfreesboro, here for my yearly physical so I did stadium stairs, first time since early February.  Back then I suffered through 15 and needed a long break after 8.  So, today was an improvement.

I did these with just 2 short sit down rests, one after 10 and one after 15.  It was hard.  Since I also ran yesterday, I'm not going to run til Sat.  Will do resistance tomorrow.
