Second consecutive workout in 2 days.   Did one bout on the rower and my back started hurting so went to stairmaster.  Very good sweat, sustained heart rates of about 150.
150m jog, dynamic stretches 
Concept 2 rower 
500m - 1:44 
stairmaster - 20 min hill program level 13
Some slight burning in the injured foot but no significant pain other than some ankle soreness.  One month from today is 18 weeks and hopefully the beginning of regular track workouts.

My weight is under control... around 146.


  1. Burning is not a good sign.

  2. My mom who had this injury said be prepared for continuing aches and pains in this area even after healed. The ankle/calf area is weaker and that's why I'm looking forward to running stadium stairs soon.

    Weight has been under control. 144.8 last 2 mornings.
