3 x 200m tempo

Beautiful weather, 57º and sunny at the Sewanee track with a breeze.  Third consecutive day on the track.  Wanted to do more but kept it brief.  Tapering down now.

350m warmup, stretches, drills 
3 x 200m with 1 min rest - 28.5, 29, 30.5

Not much time today, and since it's the last warm day for a while, I really wanted to do more but now it's my right foot that is the limiting factor.  The left foot plantar issue is much better and I only feel it when accelerating off the line.  I've done zero work with blocks and spikes for a month.  Perhaps in my final tune up workouts next week.
