butt busting

Resistance workout tonight.  

Figured out a way to get even more weight on the glute machine, a total of 270 lbs which I do 4 x 50 each leg.   In addition, the squat jumps with 90 lbs, leg extentions/quads, and calve raises with 320 lbs.

Here's the glute machine set up with the extra 120lbs added to the 150 lb stack.   I'd like to put more weight on it, since I'm doing it 50X.
