3x200 tempo

Did a brief conditioning workout at Marist today, it was still cold so didn't want to run fast.  Low 50ºs and a bit of wind, mostly sunny.

3 x 200m w/ 1 min rest - 31.34, 31.00, 33.54

2 min rest

100m - 15.12

It felt pretty hard despite the slow times.  Still not 100% about the meet Sat, even if I do enter.  Will depend on the lane.  Me included, there are 6 right now.  If they put us all together, I'd have lane 2 and that would dissuade me from going, and I would waste the $30 entry fee.

139.8 lbs after workout.  First time under 140 this season.
