tempo and a bit of speed

Spring-like today at the Dean Hayes track, low 60sº, breezy, ran shirtless.   Already feels too warm.   Did tempo 300s and a few fast sprints.
400m warmup, stretches, drills 
Saucony spikes on 
5 x 300m with 2 min rest - 47, 48, 48, 52.5, 52 
100m - 13 
150m - 19
Have done faster tempo 300s, even 6 x.   

No strains and the hip thing is finally going away.   Weight is  good, 142.2 after workout.   Feel good enough to ramp up the speed / strength / blocks.   Want to run a triple 55/400/200 in the 3/1 Sewanee meet.    Thinking about Nationals, it would be expensive.  More later.
