400m - 65Didn't push anything real hard, it's early. Still sore in the haunches from the weights Friday night. I'm planning on only doing 2 track days and 2 days of lifting per week this month. May also throw in a day of stadium stairs and weight sled work. It will be hard to workout during the 2 weeks I am doing concerts - last week Oct., first week, Nov., but I'll try.
