300m - 42
200m - 27
150m striderThe 300m was at about 58 sec 400m pace 27/15 and run from the 400m start. Didn't feel as good as previous workouts. Don't feel in '400m shape' and I'm carrying about 3 extra lbs than 'race weight.' 142.4 after workout.
I've come to realize, there is huge difference in energy expenditure between a 26.5 and a 27.5 first 200m.
After a brief warmup this weekend, more cold for next week.
