heavy on the track

Good hard weekly workout coming on the heels of a good weight workout a few days ago.   Perfect weather on the Sewanee track at sunset, mid 60ºs.  

I was heaviest I've ever been this year I think for a track workout.   149.4 before and 148.2 after.  Got some decent volume and sweated.  When you're fat, you sweat.

650m warmup, stretches, drills 
2 x 800m with 3min rest in between 2:47, 3:02 
400m - 63.5 
200m - 28
2200m total.   While not overweight by BMI standards, I marked my 'heaviest workout' with a photo:
