Time to make a change. No more pastry or carbs. Also think it would be good to take a break from sweet coffee in the morning and drink green tea with out sugar for a while, and maybe just water with lemon. I topped out at 154 lbs this week and now that I can shop, there is no excuse for eating badly. It won't take me long to get back now that I can go to the gym. I'm wearing the brace when I walk away from home. Looking forward to my first gym workout on Friday. Going to bike and do some new PT.
