4 x 800m - 2:41, 2:44, 2:49, 2:50Nothing fast here ... just getting in the necessary volume. Feet held up well, feeling tired but not injured.
I think one more volume workout similar to this, then one per week. I'll start mixing it up with tempo intervals, speed, hills.
Glad to get this one done. Considering I ate ice cream, fried food, and bagels w/ cream cheese this weekend, I weighed an astonishing 142.5 lbs after workout. Probably due to my recent level of activity and being on my feet. I will likely begin to gain weight when I start doing hills, weights, and protein. Easy to maintain a light weight when active.
