Sunny, cold as expected today, low 40ºs when I got there just before noon with a fairly persistent light to moderate N wind, warming to upper 40ºs by afternoon.
Over distance today at the start of my 3rd cycle of this regime. I will be racing on the 10th, so good to know I have a goal.

The first 600m felt good, and I only took about 13 min rest before my second 600m. I recovered well from my first 600, heart rate below 110 in less than 10 min. The 2nd 600m didn't feel so good ... lol. The rest of the workout was a little slow, probably due to the first hard 600m, the wind, and the cold. Glad to get it done. Over all, feeling ok.
Still no response from Lee University on the meet. At least I have Berry for certain, although it would be more difficult to double 400 / 200 there due to the schedule, only 70 min apart.
I may go lift tonight. Need to bolster that strength as I get lighter.
135.2 lbs after workout. That is not a typo.
