tempo 150s, 100

 Fifth consecutive day of running.  46º and cloudy at the Sewanee track, light N wind.  Wasn't sure if I'd be able to run today as the soreness from the stadium stairs is setting in.  After my warmup 100s, I said 'no way'.  But, I continued to warm up and put my trainers on... and by that time I determined I could survive a brief tempo set on turf.

100m - 13.66

I got it done, spurred on by the fact that if I did nothing, it could be as long as several days before I'd be able to run.   Felt good enough that my fastest rep was my last.   It was hard, and I launched into a 100m on the track after a brief rest.
