Getting a bit behind in my posting, I did this workout Friday Dec. 9. About 60º, fog, and moist.
Hoka trainers on
stretches, drills, 2x100m
4x150m on turf ~ 24 high avg
2x200m hill sprints ~ 46
No speed records, did the first 150 in 23 high, the rest were 25ish+. The hill sprints were grueling and the last one kicked my ass like the last set. Hard to sit afterwards due to the lactic.
I had a full day Sat so was no able to train. Got my boat put away in Murfreesboro and attended graduation.
142.9 after workout.
