Cloudy and 60º in Sewanee. 2nd day in a row of 60º weather. I did the Roark's cove bike climb yesterday in 22 min, a good hard ride. Unfortunately, my bike fell off the car on the way home bending the rear wheel. Hopefully, it can be straightened.
Today is a recovery day. Will do some abs and upper body.
Want to be on the track tomorrow and Monday.
