solstice stadium stair sprints

Warmer at the MTSU stadium today, 51º and nice.  I haven't run the stadium stairs at MTSU since in March when rehabbing my injury.  It felt quite good.  Not shaky or sore.  My former student Jacob met me there to join me in the workout.

I think I could've run more.  But we'll see how sore I get.   The reason I know this is a good strength exercise is that I almost always get sore a day or 2 after running these stairs.  I actually measured these stairs with my wheel.  It's a 40m sprint, so 21x is a good half mile.  

4th day in a row training.  Starting to get there I think.
