Nice weather, upper 60ºs, breezy, mostly sunny. I usually don't do 2 hard workouts in consecutive days, but tomorrow is supposed to be very cold, even a slight chance of snow flurries at daybreak.

4 x 300m w/ 2:30 rest - 47.51, 47.47, 48.44, 48.96 (avg 48.1)
This was again my fastest 4x300m tempo set w/ 2:30 rest. I one-upped myself again for the 3rd or 4th time in a row. I think it's faster than I ever did this previously when I used to do this set with 2:00 min rest 4 yrs ago. I had a headwind on the final 100m, so I'm surprised I did it, especially after yesterday's 3 x 500m. Wondering if I should keep trying to up the speed instead of decrease rest. It's certainly plenty exhausting with 2:30 rest at this pace.
Cloudy and cool on Friday for next track workout, high in the 50s. May do a cold bike ride tomorrow and some band work.
