Hard to get back to the oval office today, but the weather was great. A light north wind, cool temperatures, 62º and mostly sunny. Just warm enough to shed the shirt. I decided to run a bit faster than those 600m repeats that I have been doing. I took ample but not complete rest between.

The last one I took it easy on the second 200, running it in about 34 low, then really tried to sprint the last 100m hard. Actually disappointed it was only 15.74. Felt faster. But, I wasn't as tired after that last one as I was the first 2 when I started in 62 for the first 400.
The weather is crazy. Tomorrow, Tues. the weather is forecast to be 70º and sunny, but Wed only a high of 50º and a freeze that night. Only 62º by Friday, but 77º by the following Tues. I may go out and do a tempo set tomorrow and take Wed and Thurs off. We'll see.
