tempo 200s

Unscheduled training session.   Felt good today and the weather was nice so I went to the track.   66º cloudy at the Sewanee track.

Hoka trainers on

stretches, drills, 2 x 100, bands

50m - 7.10

4 x 200m w/ 1 min rest - 29.8, 29.6, 30.2, 30.5 (avg 30)

This was on par with similar 4 x 2s I've done in the past.   Better than the winter of '17 times for same workout.  The first 3 are really just a means of tiring me out before the last one - which is run in 'exhaustion mode' in a lactic state.  Probably close to what the last 200m of a 400m race would be like.

Did a few weights last night at the gym.

138.4 lbs after workout.
