I was predictably sore today after the stadium stair workout, so I kept the volume down. Good training weather, 60º and mostly cloudy but with a light breeze.

2 x 60m (flying) relaxed - 8.3, 7.8
'split 400' - 300m - 41.59 / 1 min rest / 100m - 14.25
300m - 42.85 / 5 min rest / 100m - 13.60
There was no way I could've sprinted a 100m 1 min after the second 300m. That first 300m wasted me, it was pretty much race pace and the 100m afterward was everything I had left.
I'm looking forward to tomorrow as a day of recovery, but I'm sure I'll do something. Probably some core and upper body. It's supposed to rain all day. Sunday looks nice though. Mid 60ºs and sunny.
