Stadium Stairs

Bright and sunny, low-mid 50ºs... perfect for a stadium stair workout at MTSU this morning, my second 'day off' from the track.   The stairs are directly exposed to the sun, so it seemed warmer than 50ºs.  

Got 20X in less than 35 min.  Walking down is definitely part of the workout.  I probably could have done more but doing this workout for the first time in months, it always has lasting effects, usually calf and/or quad soreness.   These sprints I go easy on the first 30-40m then try to run the last 20m hard, that's where it gets steepest and hardest.

Had been cheating last week on my diet, so up a lb or 2.
139 lbs after workout.
