Mid 40s and sunny with shifting winds at the Sewanee track. Starting another training week and the weather looks ok, cool on Sunday but dry.
Wanted to do 4 x 300, but had to settle for 3 x 300 + a 200.

200m - 26.88
I decided to do a 400m race pace 200m instead of slogging through a slow 4th 300m, which no doubt would have been 55. Better to run faster and with good form. I left feeling like I should do more but it was fine.
Need to do some short speed, hills, form work. Still I'm proceeding as if this is pre season. Probably do overdistance next workout. The Berry meet 2/13 is definitely out. It's supposed to freezing that day with snow the night before. Meets in Marietta possible on Feb 20 and 27th. All depends on the weather. Then another at Berry in early March.
Next workout cycle will be a challenge with some upcoming cold, snowy, wet winter weather predicted.
142.9 lbs after workout. Lightest in a while.
