Another warm day, 61º early afternoon, SW wind, hazy sun. When I woke up this morning I felt like maybe I should take today off but after hot tub, stretching, coffee, pullups... I was off to the track.

Right side posterior chain still a tad sore so nothing faster than 14 sec 100m. Foot feeling better. Still 1000m of volume and tolerated well. May go out again tomorrow and will definitely take Thurs off. Probably should wait a week to 10 more days before doing anything race pace. Need to keep on the prehab. I'm definitely heavier, but maybe a tad stronger. Will lean down before Nationals for sure.
Tentatively, will train Fri, Sun-Tue
I officially registered for Nationals. Signed up for the 400m and 800m. May not run the 800m. Might be better to just get back home and train for Worlds. It would save me 2 hotel nights if I don't run the 800m.
