Sunny, 60º with a wind advisory, winds gusting from the SE. No speed records today. This was my 10th running workout in 14 days. Was just slightly sore on the right side after yesterday's speed.
Was thinking about a split 700 but decided to run longer and slower. It was slower indeed.

600m - 1:45.60 (31.69, 35.85, 38.06 / 67.54, 38.60)
'split 400' - 300m - 45.39 /1 min rest/ 100m -15.48
1 x 70yd sled pull w/ 140 lbs
Wasn't close to pace on the 600m, especially when the wind hit me in the 2nd 200m. Was hoping to cross the 400m in 65ish, not even close. Also, probably a bit over trained. I may take Wed and Thurs off from running and do intensive tempo on Friday. If so, doubt that I will race on Sat.
Finished with one hard sled pull.

Excellent session. You are very in tune (pun intended) with your body. A few days rest would be a good idea.
