Quiet and nice at the Sewanee track. Low 70ºs and calm winds near sunset. Did a few quality sprints, and some weight drags,

I was still running through tents set up at the Sewanee track. Graduation is over but a few tents remain. Was able to run through the tents in lane 5 for the 300 and lane 7 for the 150s.
I didn't run the 300 at full 400m race pace, wanted to save a little for a few more quality sprints.
Yesterday, I did the Roarkes Cove bike climb tying my fastest time, 21:50. Tomorrow, I'll be doing the Raccoon mountain bike climb from the boat, possibly with my friend Bill, and a tempo workout on Tues.
