I was supposed to do a 4 x 300m with 2 min rest but I copped out 100m short. A wind gust caught me coming off the turn and felt like it slowed me to zero ... and I was hurting so I bailed. Felt bad about it, so went back and ran a split 500, 400m / rest 70 sec / then 100m. I ran the first 200m easy then the last 200m hard on the 400m.
A good 1600m of sprints but still nothing fast. I have to start doing some event runs and hard split 400s next week. I have some free time through Wed so will try to get as much done as I can.
Foot holding up ok. Still light, 141.5 lbs after workout.
