Just stretching, rolling, and some light resistance bands. Travel to Nationals in Landover tomorrow. Coming in at 5, rush hour. Going to wear my track stuff on the plane and hopefully do a shake out tomorrow on the competition track, hope to get there by the time it closes at 7 and pick up my packet.
Race Friday at 1pm. Wow, 1219 registered competitors, one of the biggest ever Indoor Masters Nationals.
