Not much time today, and since it's the last warm day for a while, I really wanted to do more but now it's my right foot that is the limiting factor. The left foot plantar issue is much better and I only feel it when accelerating off the line. I've done zero work with blocks and spikes for a month. Perhaps in my final tune up workouts next week.
