more cross training

Been in the weight room 5 of past 7 days, today.

Today:

Stretches 
bike - sprint intervals 6 x 15 sec w/ 45 sec rest 
single leg squats - 1 x 15 w/ 80 lbs 
glute machine - 1 x 60 w/ 340 lbs 
adductors - 1 x 25 w/ 170 lbs
Hope to be back on the track in 7-8 days.  We'll see how it goes.
