Glad to get it done early and home before the storm. This cold front will drop the temperature 20º.
I did the 150s around 400m race pace and not with complete rest. It all felt ok. Happy to be able to race and healthy.

Weather for Berry College meet this Sat looks ok, slight chance of showers, about 60º, not too windy. There is an all-ages meet the following weekend in ATL and strangely, they put an age limit on their open division of 19-35. I've never seen this before. Usually 'open' means anyone. I could ask permission or just fudge my age on the signup site. I could pass for an old looking 35 yr old, in sun glasses, right?
Entries close tonight for Nationals. No late additions or surprises yet. Still top seed.
