Partly sunny, upper 50ºs and a gusty SE wind on Sunday. Did a variety of stuff today, a good amount of volume. Thought I might do a 3x200m tempo and shoot for 29, but bailed on #3 into a stiff wind because I did the first one bit fast. So, I did more after that.

A decent amount of volume, about 1300m.
Was thinking about going out tomorrow and doing a small amount of volume, like a 400m or a split 400m. Was going to do a time trial but I felt a bit of soreness in my upper quads and I don't want to risk anything since I've paid already for Sat's race at Berry.
We'll see. How I feel.
Starting to get my weight under control... 140.3 lbs after workout. No more bread for a while.
