Got it in. Friday morning on the track at 7:45 am, the rain stopped long enough for me to get out there. Wasn't bad. 46º, wet, cloudy, light SE wind, occasional drizzle.

Wasn't much but just what I needed. Was planning to do 3x200 w/1 but cut it short rather than slog out the last 100m. It was enough.
140.1 lbs after workout. Can still feel slight soreness in my L proximal ham, but it's not going to hinder a 400m race. I may play it safe and scratch the 200m. I was thinking about racing in Sewanee's indoor meet on 2/17, as much as I hate running in there, but it would be a workout. No chance for a good time on that track, be tough to break a minute. If not, the next chance to race will be in 3 weeks outdoor at Berry.
