Sunny, upper 50ºs, moderate S wind. Busy day so I went with the most punishing and beneficial workout per time spent.

4 x 200m w/ 60 sec rest - 29.75, 31.69, 31.40, 32.37 (31.30 avg)
Reps 2 and 4 were against the wind. Had to dig deep for #4 and run it into the wind. On the ground for a few min after. Took me a while to gather my stuff and leave. It was just 0.1 slower than my best set last yr, and it probably would have been faster without the wind.
139.8 lbs after workout.
