300 tempo, 200

 Very warm in Sewanee with a heat index pushing 90º and light winds.  Wasn't sure if I had the will to do a full 5x300 w/ 6 min rest tempo set or if I should just run fast and take nominal rest.  I compromised a bit.

3 x 300m w/ 6 min rest - 45.09, 45.59, 46.13

200m - 26.96

It was a good sweaty workout but nothing too extreme, just maintenance.  I could have suffered and gutted out one or two more 300s, but they would have been slow 48-50.  Only the second running workout since Nationals, and I'm slightly heavier ... so probably not at my peak at the moment.  But overall, feels good.  No physical issues.

Still undecided about Toronto, but strongly considering it.
