150s, 100, 60

Cool and cloudy, low 70ºs with a south wind.  Wanted to do a low volume, fast workout today.   Did all these sprints with a 3-4 step rolling start.  

Hoka trainers on

stretches, drills, 2 x 100m, 50m

60m - 7.37

3 x 150 - 19.43, 18.85, 18.79

100m - 12.28

Ran fairly fast and my best 150m wasn't the one I was trying the most on: #2, it was the one I stayed most relaxed, #3.   

My right foot was hurting a bit, so I'll probably take tomorrow off and train Mon, Tue, Thurs, with the hard tempo set on Monday.  It seems that these very heavy socks I use are causing my little toe to get a bit crushed on my right foot running the turns.  Not a serious issue, but I need a day off before I can do a big  tempo set.  

I've committed to the July 3rd race in FL.  Don't really need it but it's 2 1/2 weeks before nationals so that's enough time to put in one more hard week after.  Looks like a small meet, not sure if I'll race anything in addition to the 400m.
