brief recovery workout

Beautiful clear, dry, cool evening at the track with no wind, upper 50ºs and falling into the upper 40ºs after sunset.  I was still sore from the 2 consecutive days I did with stadium stairs, so I didn't kill myself this evening.  Was tempted to run a hard 400m but refrained.
Hoka trainers on 
300m warmup, stretches, drills 
50m - 6.83 
2 x 40yd (from 3pt) - 4.95,  4.85 
2 x 200m - 27.80, 26.38 
100m, 150m on turf - 14.10, 21.64
I gave varying levels of effort on these, but worked the hardest on the 2nd 200m. 

First workout with the new Sportcount finger timer.  This one is accurate, unlike the pos Contu that I sent back due to a design flaw.  It will enable me to get exact splits on my workouts.   Probably the best new workout equipment I've added in a while.
