100m, 150m on turf - 14.10, 21.64I gave varying levels of effort on these, but worked the hardest on the 2nd 200m.
First workout with the new Sportcount finger timer. This one is accurate, unlike the pos Contu that I sent back due to a design flaw. It will enable me to get exact splits on my workouts. Probably the best new workout equipment I've added in a while.
