10 x 100, 150

Upper 60ºs and nice weather at the Sewanee track on Wed.   Warm weather is finally here.  In some ways, I'll miss the real cool weather.   

Hoka trainers on 
300m warmup, stretches, drills 
10 x 100m on turf w/ 30 sec rest ~ 16 
150m - 19.06 
2 x 40yd - 5.09, 5.06

Trying to keep the impact low, but i did a few sprints on the track as well.  I do like these turf workouts, they definitely are easier on the feet and knees.
