Three yrs ago, I swept snow off this track to run 600m repeats. Today, I did 2 sets of tempo 200s.

4 x 200m w/ 1 min rest - 30, 31.5, 31.5, 30Felt like I could do more but didn't want to stress my foot and was a bit sore from a good resistance workout Monday. Undoubtedly will gain some weight during this holiday visit. Hope to be back out on the track Sat. Back to TN on Sun.
