400 tempo / 100s

On my feet all day with a home project, but made it to the track by 3 pm.  Unseasonably warm, mid 60ºs and running shirtless.

Saucony trainers on  
400m warmup, stretches, drills 
3 x 400m w/ 2 min rest - 70, 73, 78  
2 min rest 
4 x 100m w/ 90 sec rest - 13-14

Eating too little lately, fat is melting away, definitely down near race weight.
143.2 lbs after workout.

Back to the weight room tomorrow.
