300m - 43.5It was a good hard one. A good solid 1900m workout. Always seem to forget just how hard tempo intervals are. Good thing.
My next track workout may not be until Friday evening. I should have my new spa installed by then. Looking forward to it.
Foot is better today. My weight is finally under control. After-workout weight: 144 even.
