All sprints tonight were strong effort 85-90%. It was tough since I hadn't had a volume workout in a week.

2 x 300m - 43.5, 43.5Just 4 long sprints, 1500m total ... but it was a bitch. Cycling toward the meet in 10 days, weights Wed., hard tempo workout Thurs, speed on Sat., weights on Sun., volume/tempo Mon., speed Wed., light and tech stuff Thurs/Fri. Also thinking about trying stadium stairs with ankle weights.
